Job Description

The RN Neighborhood Guide will oversee the overall operation of long‑term care within assigned Small Homes at Parker at Monroe Nursing Care Residence. Responsibilities include daily management of care plans, assessment, and delivery of quality health, safety, and well‑being services. The role requires collaboration with nursing administration and leadership, direct management of nursing care partners, and ensuring resident independence and dignity are maintained in an Eden Alternative registered home environment.

Work hours are Monday‑Friday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm with occasional evenings and weekends and on‑call coverage as needed.

• BSN from an accredited college or university strongly preferred;
  Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Current unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
• Minimum 2+ years of direct management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and guidelines governing long‑term care
• Must possess AHA CPR Certificate
• Experience in nursing specialty of Geriatrics or Long‑Term Care required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and working knowledge of Electronic Health Records
• Flu vaccination required during flu season
