Bring energy to the night shift:
Deliver fast, friendly, and reliable customer service while handling concerns with confidence.;
Own the floor:
Cross-train across deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties, ensuring fresh food is stocked, high-quality, and prepared safely.;
Lead by example:
Train and support team members, keep tasks on track, and ensure shift objectives are completed efficiently.;
Keep the store running smoothly:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment inside and out while following all cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies.;
Stay sharp and connected:
Attend meetings, stay current on policies and procedures, communicate with leadership, and uphold appearance and uniform standards.
