A Lead Craftsman should have project management experience and the leadership skills needed to execute complex jobs and provide direction to other team members. • Lead Craftsman
  
  Role Responsibilities:
  
  Perform all types of quality handyman repairs;
  Carpentry;
  Drywall repair;
  Installation of Doors, Windows, and Floors;
  Painting;
  Remodeling Projects;
  Basic plumbing and electrical.

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades

• Good overall knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, and flooring
• Proper equipment: not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks
• Troubleshooting: quick thinker with ability to examine problems and resolve promptly
• Excellent communication with management, office staff, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Presentable appearance: clean-cut, organized tools, good vehicle

• Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – no weekend required

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
