Facilities Technician

We are searching for a skilled and hands‑on Facilities Technician to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and smooth operation for our production processes. This position is based out of our Monroe Township, NJ facilities with travel to our Neptune City, NJ facility on an as‑needed basis.

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and troubleshoot potential issues.
• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment used in production processes.
• Assist with minor construction projects and renovations.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Respond to work order requests and emergency maintenance needs.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• May assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus.
• Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
