Woodmont-Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support a New Jersey community. You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems to meet company standards and legal requirements.
You will also handle apartment turns and maintain pool and grounds cleanliness. Key responsibilities include on-call readiness, timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and accurate recordkeeping.
