• Proper equipment – know what tools are needed for tasks
• Troubleshooting – quick thinker capable of resolving problems
• Excellent communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Presentable – clean‑cut appearance, good looking vehicle, organized tools

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry, drywall repair, installation of doors, windows, and floors
• Painting, remodeling projects, basic plumbing and electrical

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
• Own truck or van and required tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades

$28.00 – $35.00 per hour plus incentives, with the ability to grow with the company.
