Reach Truck Driver

Position Summary

The Reach Truck Driver is responsible for operating a reach truck and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and overall warehouse organization.

• Operate a reach truck
  , stand-up forklift
  , and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials according to company procedures.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain product integrity while handling pallets.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors.

• 1+ year experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift certification (company or onsite certification may be provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak Spanish (bilingual preferred).
• Must have steel toe boots for all shifts.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, RF scanners, and inventory processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
