Forklift Driver - 1st And 2nd Shift Schedules Available

• 1st Shift – Monday-Friday; 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM – $19.00/hr
• 1st Shift – Tuesday-Saturday; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM – $19.00/hr
• 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday; 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM – $20.50/hr

Location:

South Brunswick, New Jersey.

• Work with leadership to ensure the completion of all manual and on‑task tasks by end of each day.
• Complete daily pick for the hub using the inventory management system.
• Use orders to determine where items must be moved, including the use of power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using the warehouse system.
• Complete all staging/sweeping tasks with power equipment.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage products using multiple types of power equipment.
• Keep aisles and surroundings organized and clean daily.
• Promote safety awareness and help cultivate a safety culture within the company.
• Perform any other duties as instructed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift experience operating swing reach, reach truck, and order picker.
• Onsite, in‑office role.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing and able to be cross‑trained and certified to operate any/ all WSI DDC equipment.
• Positive attitude, work ethic, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.
• Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Comfortable walking/standing for 100% of the day.
• Can bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
• Can lift up to 75 lb.
