Position OverviewOutpatient general dentistry role focused on bread-and-butter dental procedures Structured patient volume model averaging 13–15 patients daily Two-room clinical model with strong operational and clinical support staff Flexible shift structure allowing 8, 10, or 11-hour scheduling options Mission-driven clinical environment emphasizing provider autonomy and work-life balance
CompensationCompensation: $100 – $120 per hour Discretionary incentive bonus structure Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
ScheduleMonday through Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM One Sunday monthly: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible 8, 10, or 11-hour shift options
RoleProvide comprehensive general dentistry services Manage approximately 13–15 patients daily Deliver preventative and restorative dental care Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning Collaborate with full support staff within structured outpatient setting Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making while maintaining quality patient care
