Com For Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene;
Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises, and use of assistive devices;
Perform homemaking and companionship tasks: vacuuming, laundry, cleaning, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping;
Deliver respite services and companionship to clients and support family members;
Follow established plan of care and document care provided
