Com For Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and homemaker/companion services;
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, back care, foot care, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises;
Perform homemaking tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, dishes, laundry, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms;
Provide medication reminders and support as outlined in the plan of care
