Process member purchases quickly and accurately using pick lists and handheld scanners;
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and coordinate replenishment;
Ensure orders are picked on time to meet productivity and KPI targets and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club;
Maintain a clean, safe OMNI space and perform general housekeeping;
Resolve member concerns and deliver service excellence, deescalating issues when needed
