Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a utilities location;
Monitor visitor access at the front desk, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to document arrivals, departures, and authorized access requests;

Complete required logs, reports, and other records related to front desk activity, incidents, and/or unusual observations
