Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies at a utilities location;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor access permissions, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate front desk logs and reports;
Respond to incidents, alarms, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and observe entry areas to help deter unauthorized access and support orderly daily operations
