Security Officer Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a utility location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests to appropriate departments or designated waiting areas.;
Receive and route incoming calls, report suspicious activity or access concerns, and communicate relevant information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.;
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, visitor information, deliveries, and incidents while providing a professional front-desk presence.
