Service Advisor

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs
• Prepare and review service estimates with customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs
• Upsell additional services when appropriate, based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and quality service

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and service procedures
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
