Overview
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $15 per hour, based on a 40‑hour work week. The position is located at 3207 W Highway 74, Monroe, NC 28110.

- Monday: 7:30am–6:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am–6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am–6:00pm (Off when working Saturday)
- Thursday: 7:30am–6:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am–6:00pm
- Rotating Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm
We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
Responsibilities- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior; may include cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level, warning lights, windshield damage; reset vehicle settings; verify registration and remove customer items
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, tread; inspect exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect for safety concerns; report warning lights or damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing if necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches
- Help maintain overall site appearance: desks, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to branch cleanliness
- Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
