Automotive Service Technicians — A, B & C Level | Up to $5,000 Sign-On + Up to $45/Flat Hour

We're one of the fastest-growing Hyundai stores in the Carolinas, and our service drive is growing right with us. We need skilled hands at every level — A, B, and C technicians — and we pay to keep the good ones.

• Flat rate up to $45/hour for A-level techs — top performers earning six figures
• B-tech range: $25–$35/flat hour
• C-tech / Lube & Tire: $18–$25/hour with a clear path up
• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus — half on hire, half at 90 days
• Production bonuses for hours flagged
• Guaranteed hourly base while you build your flat-rate book — you don't starve waiting for work

We run real volume. More cars on the lot means more hours flagged for you. Our techs aren't sitting around.

• 5-day work week — closed Sundays. Rotating Saturdays.
• Climate-controlled shop — A/C in summer, heat in winter
• Manufacturer-paid Hyundai training +
  ASE certification reimbursement — we invest in your tickets, you keep them for life

We hire at all three levels. Tell us where you're at and we'll meet you there.

• A-Techs: Diagnostic killers. You own the hard tickets nobody else wants.
• B-Techs: Solid all-around. Brakes, suspension, maintenance, light diag — you keep cars moving.
• C-Techs / Entry: Hungry and reliable. Oil, tires, inspections, and ready to learn. We'll train you up.

• Your own tools (appropriate to your level)
• Valid driver's license and clean-enough driving record
• Reliable attendance — show up, that's most of it

Nice to have (not required): ASE certs, Hyundai/import experience, state inspection license. Don't have them? Apply anyway — we train.
