DIRECT HIRE: A fantastic new position opportunity. Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a dynamic team as a Project Manager in the Charlotte, NC. area. You will be responsible for overseeing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the company’s quality standard.
Salary: $75K - $95K
Base hours: M - F, 7am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects — from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate field operations, material procurement, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality control
- Foster strong client relationships through communication and responsiveness
- Maintain alignment with project scope and budget established during preconstruction
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
Experience:
- Proven experience managing commercial electrical projects
- Strong understanding of electrical construction practices and timelines
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
- Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to lead teams and meet deadlines
- A collaborative spirit and a results-driven focus
- Licensed as an electrician OR
- 5 - 10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have and maintain a current, valid and in good standing Driver’s License
- Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
- Demonstrate experience with project management and leadership
- Familiarity with electrical drawings and blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures
