Responsibilities
- Define and drive the North American sliding door product portfolio strategy
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning through Voice of Customer and market analysis
- Develop Market Requirement Specifications (MRS) for new products and enhancements
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to phase-out
- Support Sales and Marketing with training, tools, and communication concepts
- Collaborate closely with global teams on platforms, innovations, and future portfolio development
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA a plus
- Several years of experience in Product Management or commercial roles in technical products
- Proven experience in defining product requirements, managing product life cycles, and building business cases
- Experience in building products, access solutions, or automation systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are helpful
