Product Manager ASSA ABLOY · Monroe, NC

We are strengthening our presence in North America with our Sliding Door product portfolio. To support this ambition, we are looking for a Commercial Product Manager (CPM) – Sliding Doors who will shape and drive our portfolio for the North American market. In this role, you will define and drive the North American product strategy based on deep market insights, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

You will translate these into Market Requirement Specifications (MRS) and solid business cases, enabling the development of competitive and innovative products.

• Define and drive the North American sliding door product portfolio strategy
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning through Voice of Customer and market analysis.
• Develop Market Requirement Specifications (MRS) for new products and enhancements.
• Build clear and compelling business cases to support product investments.
• Statistical market sensing and analysis to reflect the voice of the customer and market requirements.
• Own the North and South American product roadmap aligned with global platform strategies
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to phase-out
• Ensure alignment between regional market needs and global product development.
• Lead product launches in North America, including pricing, positioning, and value proposition.
• Support Sales and Marketing with training, tools, and communication concepts.
