• Help receive quotes and negotiate with subcontractors
• Facilitate crews and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis
• Manage the schedule, budget, and quality of work done on all projects
• Complete quantity takeoffs and order materials
• Correspond with the client on any necessary tasks
• Develop change orders
• Maintain RFI’s, submittals, schedules, as builts
• Confirm safety standards are followed by employees and subcontractors
• Estimating
• Develop and issue purchase orders and subcontracts

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Civil Engineering Technology is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater pipeline construction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze documents effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Computer and technical skills (proficient in Excel and Microsoft Project preferred)
• Desire to learn the construction project management field and grow with a company
• Professionally represent the company to the owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, government officials, and inspectors
• Detail-oriented and driven
