Main Responsibilities:- Effective communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
- Managing construction sites from design to project completion, including subcontractor selection, safety management, and schedule adherence.
- Overseeing budget, schedule, and construction quality.
- Background in residential construction, ideally in on-your-lot or scattered lot building.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with homes priced between $525k-$625k on average.
- Proven track record in new construction project management and leadership.
- Strong team-building and communication skills.
