Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator - Monroe
We are seeking a Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator who has experience in the following areas:
- Dental office experience
- Provides excellent customer service
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Greeting patients
- Collecting payment
- Verifying patient insurance and financial information
- Answering high-volume phones
- Experience with Open Dental software
- Experience creating and maintaining a clinical schedule
- Computer functions (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Ability to operate office machinery to fax, photocopy, scan, and handle multi-line phone system
- Patient communication as related to appointments, insurance, treatment plans, questions, finances & HIPAA privacy act
- Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Leads by example
- Possesses high school diploma
We are seeking experienced bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk/Administrative employees who are dependable, organized, and professional. We desire employees who efficiently and effectively solve problems and facilitate teamwork through example. We strive to create a working environment that is healthy and productive for all.
This position is full-time Monday-Thursday with select Fridays. Compensation is based upon experience ($18-$26); a competitive benefits package is included with offer of employment.

Salary: $18 - $26 per hour
