National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Monroe, NC. Start at $12 per hour with Sunday and weekday availability; hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.
You will greet members, sign up and tour new members, answer calls, process purchases, promote PE@PF classes, maintain a clean, safe club, and deliver a superior Judgement Free experience.
