The RoleService Coordinator/Dispatcher will serve as the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing service requests, scheduling technicians through FMP
360, processing customer data in BAAN, and ensuring accurate, timely service execution. The role also supports quoting, parts ordering, and communication with key accounts to maintain efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of customer service, including answering incoming calls, entering customer information in BAAN, scheduling service calls with customers, dispatching technicians via FMP
360, providing quotes based on technician recommendations when required, driving upgrades as directed, and ordering parts when required. - Collect all required service call information (billing address, purchase order number if required, service call details) and ensure this information is clearly relayed in BAAN when entering the service call.
- Provide feedback on order status to customers and the Key Account group.
- Forward new equipment sales leads to Sales Representatives.
- Maintain monthly reports for key customers as instructed by the Dispatch Supervisor.
- Act as the liaison between production and sales.
- Assist with the phone team to answer corporate calls.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Computer proficiency:
Word, Excel, Power Point - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
