A "Master Teacher" at East Elementary will focus their time primarily on the following:
* Curriculum Writing
* Teach and coach staff on content pedagogy and practical rehearsal of lessons.
* Participate in PLC meetings and scaffold teacher teams to cyclically answer the 4 major PLC questions throughout their units.
* Provide coaching cycles and teaching demonstrations to support the growth of teacher techniques and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement professional development.
