RTX is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Process Engineer in Monroe, NC. You will own MES usage for AM processes, define process parameters, and drive IQ/OQ/MQ qualifications for a controlled production baseline. Lead data-driven improvements with SPC and collaborate across Operations and Quality.
You will develop cell-level designs, optimize layouts, and contribute to NPI gates with standardized templates. Travel up to 10% may be required.
