Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding environment where employees are motivated and community impact is made.
• Lead by example and empower the team to offer loan products that meet customer needs.
• Coach and train the team to achieve financial goals responsibly.
• Build a customer‑focused branch, ensuring all loan options are presented for review.
• Manage collection activities, consulting with customers on past‑due loan payments.
• Attract and develop high‑quality, diverse talent.
• Provide actionable feedback and empower career growth for team members.
• Drive branch performance while maintaining compliance with all policies and laws.
• Use strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues quickly and consistently.
• Travel locally for business development purposes.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date (where required).
• Preferred:
  College degree or experience in underwriting, credit decision, or related finance industry.

On site – local travel required for business development.
