Financial Analyst Operations Strategic Reporting

Pro-Tops Inc. is seeking a motivated, analytical, and business-minded Financial Analyst to join our growing leadership support team. This position will work directly with the COO, CEO, and Department Controller to help drive financial visibility, operational improvements, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making across the company.

We are looking for someone who enjoys analyzing numbers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions that positively impact the business.

• Analyze company's financial and operational performance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Create KPI dashboards and executive reports
• Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
  
  Support operational and profitability analysis
• Analyze labor, production, inventory, and overhead costs
• Assist leadership with strategic planning and financial insights
• Work closely with the Department Controller to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
• Support executive leadership with data-driven recommendations and operational analysis

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or operational environments preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, reporting, or operational finance
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting preferred

• Compensation range: $55,000–$70,000 annually
