Senior Cost Analyst

North Carolina | 5 Days On-Site | Open to relocators

• You will be the "go-to" person at the facility for any financial information or analysis.
• Monitor inventory batches and resolve any variances as they progress through the facility.
• Assist in the annual planning process for variable and fixed costs, and the department expense budgets.
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Site lead for annual physical inventory count and provide support for cycle count program
• Work with the plant finance team to understand cost variances and work toward driving total cost down.
• Generate monthly financial reporting and analytics to be reviewed with operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting/cost experience in a manufacturing setting with previous experience with inventory transactions
• Accounting experience for a multi-location, midsize to large company
• ERP experience in a manufacturing setting (Oracle experience a plus)
• SQL experience (preferred)
• Ability to explain finance/accounting concepts in layman terms to non-financial managers
• Ability to embrace and drive change

Role will be based in North Carolina (Monroe), and 5 days on-site. For the right candidate, a strong relocation package will be on offer.
