The Employee Relations (ER) Investigator reports directly to the Employee Relations Director.
The ER Investigator is responsible for conducting internal investigations involving staff-to-student and staff-to-staff as needed by both the Legal Department and the Human Resources Department.
The ER Investigator will investigate formal complaints of discrimination, bullying, and hostile work environment. The Investigator ensures that investigations are timely while managing Criminal Records Checks (CRC), to include approvals and disapprovals.
The Investigator is able to prioritize and multi-task efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong decision-making skills, writing skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
