Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Monroe, NC to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
Flexible schedules and weekly pay with paid onboarding and training offer meaningful, growth-oriented work. Starting pay is $15.40–$19/hr with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments for 20+ hours/week.
