- Facilitate personalized, one‑on‑one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
- Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
- Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
- Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
- Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
