Pay Scale: $17-18.50hr.

Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year. Potential for full-time, part-time or, PRN (on-call as needed), based on facility need.

• Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer. Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
• Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team.
• Participate in Shift Report
• Provide transportation.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year experience with the population served and/or crisis experience. AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.
