We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role requires hands-on recruiting experience
, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

• Support full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with NC labor requirements
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support compliance efforts (I-9s, personnel files, audits)
• Assist with HR reports, tracking, and internal communications
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times

• Recruiting experience is REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Prior HR or administrative experience
• Familiarity with HRIS or APS systems

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of Human Resources experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee evaluations
• Experience supervising or mentoring HR support staff preferred

• Competitive annual salary of $32,000–$45,000 based on experience
