We are partnering with a highly respected global manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support key business leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, providing strategic and operational support across the employee lifecycle. This individual will collaborate closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.

The HRBP will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders by providing coaching, guidance, and proactive HR consultation.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Coach managers on employee relations matters, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead performance review and talent assessment processes while helping leaders identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting strategies and ensure a strong hiring experience.
  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR leadership on salary recommendations, promotions, organizational changes, and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and retention.
  • Drive change management initiatives during organizational growth and business transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, distribution, engineering, or other industrial environments strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management experience.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience with in a global organization is a plus.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence environments is beneficial.
