- Lead the design, implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and programs.
- Develop scalable and efficient workflows supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, performance management, compensation administration, benefits administration, timekeeping, and offboarding.
- Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures, process documentation, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Drive operational excellence through process evaluation, automation, and system enhancements.
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems and related technologies.
- Manage employee data integrity, governance, security, and compliance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations.
- Partner with IT, Payroll, and external vendors to support system implementations, integrations, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain HR system configurations, workflows, reporting structures, and user access controls.
- Oversee payroll processes and collaborate closely with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Support payroll system integrations and process improvements.
- Manage benefits administration activities, including vendor coordination, enrollment processes, audits, and employee support.
- Monitor vendor performance and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery and employee experience.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
- Provide actionable workforce insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit required government reports, audits, and compliance filings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Conduct data audits and implement corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and reporting reliability.
- Lead HR operational projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers, including contract performance and service-level expectations.
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions that improve HR effectiveness and scalability.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify operational needs and recommend solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR processes, systems, and programs.
- Promote a positive employee experience through efficient, customer-focused HR services.
- Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to supporting employees and leaders.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- PHR or SHRM CP certification preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or related HR functions.
- Experience managing HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting payroll administration and benefits programs.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.
- Experience with in a manufacturing, medical device, or multi-site environment.
- Experience with HRIS implementations, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Experience working with various HRIS systems such as SAP Success Factors, Paylocity, etc. and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and other employment regulations.
- Understanding of HR best practices, compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of confidentiality standards and handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate standard office equipment throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally walk production areas and warehouse facilities.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
