If you are:An IT Help Desk Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional technical support and operational IT services. You'll play a key role in executing IT strategies across Help Desk operations, Onboarding/Offboarding processes, IT infrastructure support, and projects that drive our growth and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:Help Desk & IT Operations Support
- Provide first-class service as part of the Help Desk Team, resolving user tickets via phone, email, and web portal.
- Prioritize incidents to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain clear, timely communication with end users.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Administer systems via Active Directory, M365, DNS, DHCP, and more.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Perform virus prevention, patch management, and regular system audits.
- Lead the IT onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and terminations.
- Collaborate with hiring teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth IT setup.
- Provision/decommission user accounts and deploy necessary equipment.
- Conduct hardware/software assessments for new sites and remote installations.
- Plan, implement, and manage IT-related projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Track milestones, manage timelines, and provide regular updates to IT leadership.
- Ensure quality, security, and performance benchmarks are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of hands‑on IT support experience (MSP experience is a plus!).
- Proven technical skills across Windows, iOS, Android, networking (Meraki preferred), and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Strong experience in hardware/software configuration, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and provide outstanding customer service.
- Self‑starter who thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
