Logistics Manager

Location: Onsite role based in Monroe, NC

• Delivery performance, cost control, and regulatory compliance in this function directly affect customer satisfaction company wide
• This person owns compliance in an area with real regulatory exposure if not managed well
• International trade and customs matters sit squarely with this role, making it a high accountability seat
• The company needs someone who can set strategy and also step in operationally, since the role carries both leadership and hands on responsibility

• Several years of logistics management experience in a manufacturing and international environment
• Experience owning compliance programs tied to regulated shipments
• Experience with an ERP System (Net Suite a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, hands on environment while also thinking analytically about cost and process improvement
