As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple complex commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will act as a strategic leader, ensuring alignment across operations, field teams, and clients while upholding Stelco's safety, quality, and performance standards.

• Lead multiple large‑scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Provide strategic oversight of project planning, staffing, and financial performance
• Collaborate with estimators and executives on bid reviews and project forecasting
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Foremen, and field staff
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Review and approve project schedules, change orders, and cost reports
• Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and regulatory standards
• Represent Stelco Electric in client meetings and industry partnerships

• 6–12+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects with hands‑on electrical field work experience
• Demonstrated success in leading project teams and managing multiple concurrent jobs
• Strong financial and operational acumen in project management
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems
• In‑depth knowledge of electrical construction practices, codes, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive, accountable, and mentoring mindset

• Licensed electrician or equivalent field/project management experience
• Hands‑on electrical field work experience
• Demonstrated success in managing project budgets exceeding $1M
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and construction documents
