Responsibilities- Lead multiple large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Provide strategic oversight of project planning, staffing, and financial performance
- Collaborate with estimators and executives on bid reviews and project forecasting
- Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Foremen, and field staff
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency
- Review and approve project schedules, change orders, and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and regulatory standards
- Represent in client meetings and industry partnerships
- 6-12+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects with hands-on electrical field work experience
- Licensed electrician or equivalent field/project management experience
- Hands-on electrical field work experience
- Demonstrated success in managing project budgets exceeding $1M
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and construction documents
- Demonstrated success in leading project teams and managing multiple concurrent jobs
- Strong financial and operational acumen in project management
- Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems
- In-depth knowledge of electrical construction practices, codes, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, accountable, and mentoring mindset
