Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing projects and building strong relationships with clients? If so, we'd love to have you join our team. At Mint Hill Cabinets, you'll help bring luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry to life throughout the greater Charlotte area. From the initial client meeting through installation, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project is organized, on schedule, and delivered with excellence.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Host showroom meetings to guide clients through cabinet selections and project details
- Collaborate with estimators to develop project proposals and pricing
- Manage multiple cabinet projects from design through installation
- Communicate regularly with builders, designers, homeowners, and internal team members
- Coordinate field measurements and verify site readiness
- Track project schedules and keep jobs moving forward
- Anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they impact the project
- Process change orders and communicate revisions to all parties
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every phase of the project

- Professional appearance and communication appropriate for working in high-end homes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or another technical field preferred
- Competitive pay – starting at $55-65k/yr depending upon experience + quarterly bonus program

- Mon to Thr 6:30am – 4:30 pm
- Fri 6:30am – 12:00 pm
