ATI is looking for a Production Control Specialist to support our Specialty Materials Business Unit. This position will be located in Monroe, NC.

As a Production Control Specialist, you will direct and coordinate activities of individuals in cross‑functional areas (Manufacturing, Quality, Labs, Shipping, Technology, Planning and Sales) to support ATI Specialty Materials revenue plan and on‑time performance objectives.

• Reprocess batches to support manufacturing.
• Establishes work priorities for manufacturing, lab and quality areas.
• Resolves product deviations between sales and operations to ensure shipment of product.
• Provides support to all involved departments to streamline processes.
• Chairs production meetings with cross‑functional participants.
• Ensures critical orders remain on schedule to meet customer demands.
• Provides communication between sales, quality, technical and operations.
• Maintains shipment reports for all levels of management.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business‑related discipline or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of related work experience
• 3 years of experience in production control
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel

• Oracle ERP experience
• Metals Manufacturing Industry experience
