Assembly Line Tech

** Machine Operator - Night Shift (Monroe, NC)*
* ** Pay Rate:**  $19.50 per hour

* Schedule:

** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule

_(Must be available to train on 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, for approximately 3-6 weeks)_

** Machine Operators
** to join the team and support production of high-quality components in a fast-paced environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

+ Operate and monitor assembly equipment including gel, cap assembly, and holder lines.

+ Meet and maintain target  
** Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
** goals.

+ Perform basic troubleshooting to clear machine faults and maintain production flow.

+ Conduct  
** In-Process Control (IPC)
** testing and communicate with the setup team for necessary adjustments.

+ Complete all required documentation in accordance with  
** Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
** and  
** Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** .

+ Track and monitor production performance to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met.

+ Collect, record, and analyze production and quality data using  
** Z-Point Computer Software** .

+ Notify supervision promptly of any equipment or production issues to minimize downtime and waste.

+ Maintain accurate records including  
** Device History Records (DHR)** ,  
** Production Orders** , and  
** Material Lists** .

+ Replenish materials and components as needed to maintain steady workflow.

+ Follow  
** current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
** at all times.

+ Clean equipment and work areas according to schedule.

+ Partner with technical staff to support process improvements and equipment maintenance.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Basic math and computer skills.

+ Good communication and teamwork abilities.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

+ Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.

** Pay Details:**  $19.50 per year
