** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule

_(Must be available to train on 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, for approximately 3-6 weeks)_

** Injection Molding Operators
** in Monroe, NC! In this role, you'll operate molding machines, perform quality checks, and ensure products meet production and safety standards.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Operate and monitor injection molding machines per SOPs and training

+ Perform and document quality checks (IPC)

+ Follow production orders and ensure accurate labeling and packaging

+ Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and work area

+ Communicate issues promptly to minimize downtime

+ Assist team members to ensure quality and safety standards are met

** Requirements:*
* + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours

+ Strong attention to detail for quality inspections

+ Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 per hour
