This is not a passive inspection job.
We're looking for someone with a sharp eye, a high standard for quality, and the discipline to hold the line, every single part, every single day. If you take pride in getting it right and want to be the last check before a part reaches a customer, this role is for you.
What You Can Expect- Competitive hourly wage with consistent full‑time hours
- Monday – Friday schedule, starting as early as 6:30 am or as late as 8 am
- Hands‑on role in a fast‑paced parts processing environment
- A team that respects high standards and takes quality seriously
- Inspecting salvaged parts for damage, wear, and functionality before they are stocked or shipped
- Grading parts accurately according to company standards
- Flagging and documenting non‑conforming parts
- Working closely with pullers and warehouse staff to resolve quality issues
- Maintaining accurate inspection records and logs
- Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and efficient
- Supporting continuous improvement in quality processes
- Catches defects that others miss, detail‑oriented by nature
- Consistent and thorough, doesn't cut corners under pressure
- Communicates issues clearly and constructively
- Keeps pace with production without sacrificing accuracy
- Takes ownership of quality outcomes, not just the process
- Shows up focused and ready to protect the customer experience
- Someone who genuinely cares whether the work is done right
- Mechanically inclined, knows what a good part looks like vs. a bad one
- Calm under pressure and consistent in a fast‑moving environment
- Self‑directed and accountable without needing constant oversight
- Reliable, organized, and communicates proactively
- Experience in automotive parts, salvage yards, or vehicle inspection
- Background in quality control, grading, or production inspection
- Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket auto parts
- Any hands‑on mechanical or automotive experience
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail — this is non‑negotiable
