Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in plastic injection molding and a passion for driving operational excellence?
We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing organization where you'll have the opportunity to lead a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in optimizing production processes within a highly regulated environment.

- Medical device, FDA-regulated manufacturing, or plastic packaging experience
- Experience with process validation, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
