D-4 Job Rate = $21.47 – $22.43

D-5:
Job Rate = $22.24 – $23.35

D-7:
Job Rate = $25.57 – $26.44

D-8:
Job Rate = $26.91 – $27.81

Department:
Machining Centers

• Comply with all plant safety regulations and company policies.
• Understand and have experience in setting‑up and operating of CNC horizontal and vertical mills including axis assignment/basic program interpretation and editing.
• Be able to select applicable fixturing required. Load fixturing.
• Perform limited in‑process inspections with assigned gaging.
• Determine the correct print for each part. Read and understand the dimensions and tolerances stated therein.
• Perform limited in‑process inspections with assigned gauging.
• Using the work instruction & print provided adjust the tooling diameters and depths to keep the parts within print.
• Follow all ISO procedures.
• Perform all tooling changes and touch‑offs as required – including drills, end mills, reamers.
• Determine the condition of running tools and perform minor qualified tooling changes such as indexable inserts on both CNC lathes and CNC VMCs.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance assignments as required – no instruction.
• Complete accurate and thorough daily quality and production documents.
• Implement and maintain 5S for assigned areas.
• Other duties as assigned and required by the supervisor.
