ATI is hiring a Bandsaw Operator in our Monroe, NC facility. You will operate up to three bandsaw machines to cut materials to specified lengths and dimensions according to work orders and sample plans, ensuring accuracy and minimizing scrap.
This full-time role follows a 6pm to 6am rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Initial training lasts 3–6 months and may be on day or evening shift. Candidates should have at least one year of manufacturing experience and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
